Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day return and exchange window, which means you have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as received—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including custom-made products (special orders, personalized items) and intimate/personal use items.

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.


Exchanges

If you’d like an exchange, the fastest method is to contact us for approval and exchange options. Once approved, we’ll guide you through the next steps.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
